We supply high quality ductile iron pipe mould whose diameter ranks from DN1000to DN2000,the maximum length can be 9000mm,and the type of the mould, such as the split type and the unitary type, can all be produced, which all attribute to our metallurgical quality control equipment and system.We have EBT arc furnace,LF furnace, LF VD furnace,LF VOD furnace, etc. All of which can guarantee the quality of the ingot, and Our quality material of centrifugal casting pipe mould is 21CrMo10, 18CrMoV and other material on your depend. Unlike other forging factories, we forge and manufacture the ingot into pipe mould ourselves, in order to do this, we spent lots of money to made our own mandril in different types, which makes our price more competitive. Our pipe mould has been transported to many countries, such as US, Turkey, India, Australia, etc.
